When Kerry Washington's production company, Simpson Street, approached us to spread awareness of voting, we encountered the challenge of strict COVID restrictions that rendered traditional production unfeasible. We devised a fun yet simple plan: enlisting the legendary Jane Fonda to lead a star-studded cast in a Zoom-style fitness video. However, this time, instead of focusing on physical fitness, our students exercised their rights to vote.
